“POOL BAR PARK” is on the second floor across from the Shinkaichi Active Park.

PARK was opened in 2005 and is a pool bar. Of course, there are also those who enjoy a game of billiards. However, among foreigners who live in Kin it seems that it is known as a “karaoke bar,” and foreigners who like to sing visit it to sing karaoke. If it is a well-known Western song, the foreign customers will often join in and sing it together.

Kazuyoshi Kinjyo, the owner, says “I want to become a bridge between the foreigners who live in Kin and the local Okinawans.”

Maybe because of the strong desire of Mr. Kinjyo, among the main regular customers about half are foreigners and about half are local Okinawans.
