“Yakitoriya KUSHI SHIN” is located across from Murata Store, beloved by the locals as a convenience store. Partly due to its location, there is always a line of people in front of the store.

Of course it is not just the location, but people are attracted by the delicious smell of Yakitori grilling on Bincho charcoal, and character of the staff making the food. Apparently, 70% of the customers are foreigners and the other 30% consists of older locals.

You can eat in the restaurant, an atmosphere combining American and exotic tastes, but most people choose to sit outside to enjoy Yakitori and beer. A great outdoor vendor style!

Yakitori is offered with salt, sauce, and salt-based sauce. Locals, who drink sake, prefer salt, sauce and salt-based sauce are popular among foreigners.
