The Igei service area in front of the Kin town exit of the Okinawa expressway. There is a sweeping view of Kin bay from the joint viewing platform. Many Okinawans visit on the first day of each year.
You can relax in the park in which there is a memorial next to the viewing platform of Kyushu and Okinawa Summit. Also, you can find sweets made from taimo potatoes from Kin town, and shell ginger wrapped “juicies” which are popular as a gift.
